Periodic maintenance is specified depending on company’s working capacity. Lives of batteries, which go under maintenance regularly, become longer and their capacity in efficiency is high.

Periodic maintenance is divided into two groups
1. General control and maintenance (check up)
2. Maintenance practice with Macbat BRC 100 device

1. General control and maintenance (check up)
- Controlling insulation, case, coating and toughness
- Controlling connection cables, jack, rail, conductivity
- Testing capacity, voltage and concentration of electrolyte
- Visual inspection for determining defects and weak capacity
- Testing battery’s capacity and efficiency under load

Eliminating detected or potential failures prevent worn out in batteries and increase their life and efficiency.

2. Annual Maintenance practice
- Batteries’ capacities decrease when sulfate is attached on the plates in the course of time. The attached sulfate should be cleaned once a year under control by using Macbat BRC 100 to keep the capacity at maximum level continuously. Because this process regulates your battery’s charge and discharge time, it prevents loss in man power and electricity and extends lifecycle of battery up to two-fold.

Check up (Technical Report)
We provide check up services for your batteries in your facilities. You may learn about technical capacity states of your batteries and your excess power consumption due to our detailed technical reports. Also, you may prevent loss in manpower.

Training
Detailed technical training may be provided with practice in your facilities by our personnel expert on his subject about how you use batteries.
